There are many strategies that Privately-Held business owners can employ for a successful exit.  With enough time, planning, and involvement of a competent advisory team, sellers can optimize the value of their companies and create a successful exit strategy. 

One of the strategies could involve the sale of the company to a partner, family member, key employee(s), or outside third-parties either from a financial and/or strategic standpoint.   

If a sale is deemed the best option, I will share 10 tips for the seller to consider that will enhance buyer financing outcomes.
