Measure it, Understand it, Get it Done!

AUGUST CEO ROUNDTABLE, WEDNESDAY AUGUST 14TH, 2013

As a leader, you know there are many things that you can measure in your business. Faced with so many possible metrics, it can be challenging to identify the most important things to track-things that will help you focus on the activities that lift business value.
We will be crafting a process for performance improvement for your own business using this route to success:

Measure what’s important: the key benchmarks and drivers of success.

Understand what the information is telling you about your business and the results of your activities.

Get it done! Take action to implement change to enhance your strengths and address critical weaknesses.
